Profile
With multiple market experience in several sectors including travel, retail, property, and financial services, they are adaptable and possess excellent commercial experience which will add value to any business. Senior positions held include Head of Finance, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis & Commerical Finance Manager.
Key skills include:
- Detailed reporting and analysis of actual, forecast, and budget/3YP financial performance up to Group Board level
- Delivery of monthly financial reporting and management reporting packs with analysis and commentary on KPI’s
- Working alongside senior stakeholders including the Managing Director and the senior management team to drive business performance
- Senior Finance Business Partnering with Sales, Buying, Marketing and IT functions
- Delivery of capital expenditure project submissions and performance review in line with PLC requirements
- Process improvements on key revenue streams
- Management of working capital, cash flow and overhead performance
- Creation of distribution and production cost view across markets to identify cost savings and optimum business model
- Identified £10m in cost savings through non-core business outsourcing
- Planned and prepared trading budgets/rolling forecasts for up to 15 retail departments
- Consolidations experience and management of internal / external audit process
- Ownership of data in Retail BI reporting system and reconciliation back to the SAP ERP system
- Developed and implemented Oracle Data Warehouse suite of reports
- Experience of working and delivering in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team management experience

- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint
