Key skills include:
- Managed end-to-end payroll processes for up to 200 employees, including processing, manual calculation, and handling employee benefits
- Collaborated with HR, accounting, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes
- Strong maths and numeracy aptitude
- Considerable experience with Excel, Word, Sage Line 50, Sage 200 Payroll, Sage Personnel, Star Payroll, Oracle, and Xero
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of compliance requirements
