Payroll Specialist with extensive experience gained in larger corporations.

Salary requirements: £30,000 + benefits

Notice period: 4-weeks’ notice

This individual is an experienced Payroll Specialist based in Perth. They have over 11 years working within Payroll, currently with a large utilities firm. Prior to this they worked with a large corporation processing Payroll for over 20,000 employees.

They are currently studying for their CIPD, due to complete in June 2023.

An overview of experience below:

  • Excellent, current knowledge of HRIS software (Iris and Oracle) and Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Managerial, team and sole responsibility for monthly payroll processing.
  • Both in-house and external managed payroll provider models experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to re-prioritise myself and the team when issues/new priorities arise.
  • Valued team member, often acting as a source of advice for colleagues across the HR function and wider business.
  • Direct and indirect involvement in various payroll projects.
