Amplifi Talent are on the hunt for donations (again!!), this time we are appealing for school bags and contents for P7’s in Edinburgh who are moving into high school. As the cost of living crisis escalates, a new school bag may be beyond what many families can afford as it’s now even more of a challenge to feed the family and heat the home.
It does a lot for kids’ self esteem and self belief to have a new school bag and contents when moving to high school.
Suggestions of what would be great to have in the bag are: a water bottle, pencil case, writing pencils, highlighters, pencil sharpener, writing pen, rubber, A4 folder & wallet folders, lined paper, maths set. Any of these would be just amazing.
Gender neutral is the way to go, and probably best to avoid children’s animated/superhero characters etc!
