Candidate Profile
Experience of working in a Finance Business Partner role with great attention to detail.
An allrounder who has strong accounts preparation skills including Tax experience.
Worked alongside project managers to create and maintain financial controls that prevent revenue leakage and improve margins
Maintained monthly reporting dashboards and communicating financial updates with recommendations to engagement partners
Management of 6 junior staff.
Quality assurance, ensuring reporting and cash collection deadlines are met and acting as a strong mentor
Supported new commercial bids to develop profitable rate cards whilst staying competitive
Tracked financial metrics such as revenues and margins against budget plans and quarterly re-forecasts.
Statutory accounts preparation.
Preparation and submission of Corporation Tax Returns.
Supporting with a funding application for a client in the auctioning industry, which involved preparation of quarterly management accounts.
Supporting R&D corporation tax relief claims, preparation of the tax computation and submission of the corporation tax returns
