Managing group companies and inter-company transactions
Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecast
Maintenance and update of portfolio financial forecasts
Payroll processing as required by your portfolio
Preparation and filing of quarterly VAT returns
Ensure the correct vat and accounting treatment of sales and supplier invoices and expenses
Review of Aged Payables and Receivables
Balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure the correct accounting treatment of prepayments and accruals
Filing CT600’s with focus on Research and Development
Quarterly reporting to Shareholders
Preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts
Training and management of a Finance Assistant
Drafting Investment Committee papers
Preparing Compliance Statements
Applying for Advanced Assurance for investment
Issuing share certificates Reviewing business plans and pitch decks
Ad hoc duties as required to support the Finance Team
Liaising with HMRC on queries across all tax departments
